Psychic Skills – Video Lessons and Printables
This is a live unit from July 1, 2019 through end of September 2019! Each week for 13 weeks a new video and printable will be added to this unit before 12pm ET on Mondays.

Week 1: The Clairs
Ideas to strengthen the clairs (no matter which one you are working on):
- Practice trusting in yourself. If you don’t feel very connected to your inner wisdom/knowing, start small and do something you wouldn’t normally do. Go to the grocery store without a list, close your eyes and choose your clothes for the day blindly, make a random selection. Then, actively seek synchronisities or opportunities or things you wouldn’t have noticed before. Maybe you normally wear a skirt to work and today you blindly chose pants and you ended up having to do something crazy at work that you were grateful to be wearing pants for. Maybe not having a list for the grocery store left you without a plan and while meandering you run into just the right person. Who knows?! Actively look for these pieces/results though so that you can see how awesome it was to trust in yourself and receive/experience just the needed thing.
- Journal. I know, I know, I say this a lot! Free write, use a prompt, use a tool, write a letter. Whatever it is that you do, pick up a pen and write. Depending on the clair that you are working on, you may want to alter your practice here. If you want to strengthen your ability to smell or taste for example, you may want to write about specific memories of smell and taste in your life. Write how you’d imagine something to smell or taste that you’ve never experienced. This will keep your skill at the forefront of your mind and seeking those moments.
- Be hyper aware of thoughts that pop into your mind out of nowhere. Make it a habit to jot it down in a notes app, in a little notebook your carry around…start the day reminding yourself to do this and make it easy. If it’s a whisper, an image, a knowing, a taste, a smell, a vision that is unrelated to whatever it is that you are doing, WRITE IT DOWN. Then, when you have a minute, go back through your experiences and consider what was happening for you in that moment. What were you doing, thinking, worrying about? Where were you or who were you with? Consider doing more of that thing and asking to receive more of that message.
Week 2: Grounding, Clearing, Protecting!
This week we are chatting on the three things mentioned above. These are all going to vary person to person. What’s important is that you give some things a try and figure out what works best for you.
I also ask you to consider the idea of fear this week and how our own fear might keep us from really being able to tap into our psychic and intuitive selves.
Week 3: Quieting Your Mind
Hearing our inner selves and receiving psychic insight can be difficult when we can’t stop hearing our ego selves. We hear a lot about journaling and getting out in nature to quiet the mind, but this week I’m giving you a few practical tips to help you clear up your internal thoughts so that you are able to be more aware and present both physically and spiritually. I use many of these strategies anytime I want to hear my intuition or receive information that might be helpful for me in the moment.
Week 4: Lowering The Wall
This week we are looking at ways to lower the wall that we put up between our psychic self and our logical self without fearing overwhelm from information received.

Week 5: Strengthening Clairvoyance
This week we are working on strengthening our clairvoyance skills! The goal here is to work on building trust, senses, and the intuitive act of knowing. There are five suggested activities and I would do one a day for five days. Have fun and trust yourself!
